Construction, Design, and Management (CDM) Regulations Guidance

Advice and guidance on the implications of the CDM Regulations 2007 was provided by JLNC Ltd to a medium sized-building company who were looking to develop houses on a compact site following recent management changes. This guidance consisted of a review of their extant company policies and advice on the regulatory expectations under CDM 2007. A site visit was also conducted to remind employees  of their wider responsibilities under CDM and Health and Safety law.
